      In the drawings, we showcase the uniquely shaped date-pit ball valve. Morphologically, ball valves come in two forms: one is the date-pit shape, and the other is the square shape. Both types of ball valves have been widely applied in the practices of domestic steel enterprises. They are installed on blast furnace tuyeres, serving the critical task of connecting the coal injection lance. When the coal injection lance is inserted into the blast furnace, the ball valve opens, and when the lance is withdrawn from the blast furnace tuyere, the internal ball automatically closes under the pressure of the blast furnace and its own gravity, ensuring that the internal heat does not escape.

       The secret behind this automatic control lies in the precision design of the ball valve. When the coal injection lance is inserted into the blast furnace tuyere through the quick-installation chuck seat of the ball valve, the internal ball is lifted by the lance, and then a quick connection is achieved with the sealing packing on the coal injection lance via the quick-connect chuck. The smooth execution of this series of actions is attributed to our meticulous attention to detail and profound understanding of technology.

       It is particularly worth mentioning that the steel ball and sealing seat of our Type -3 ball valve are detachable, which greatly facilitates daily inspection, replacement, and maintenance. Both the steel ball and the housing can be made from high-quality materials such as carbon steel or stainless steel according to user requirements. Among these efforts, the invention of an arc-swirl nozzle wheel for blast furnace pulverized coal injection refines the atomization process of the pulverized coal airflow from the lance pipe to the lance tip. Through the design of a spherical pulverized coal atomization disk and the airflow passage gaps, the pulverized coal airflow is ejected in an umbrella shape, forming an atomized pulverized coal stream. These fine coal streams instantly mix with the blast furnace hot air, not only improving the combustion rate of the pulverized coal but also enhancing the mixing ratio of the coal with the hot air.
